To facilitate a smooth experience for both our clients and our team, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Please be aware that failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total appointment cost. Late Arrivals Policy: Punctuality is crucial to ensuring a seamless schedule for all our valued clients. If, for any reason, you find yourself running behind schedule, we request your understanding and cooperation. In the event of a late arrival, we may need to modify or shorten your scheduled service to prevent disruptions to our overall schedule.
