La Crème Salon Policies
Welcome to La Crème Salon — a collective of independent artists dedicated to providing elevated, personalized experiences. To ensure a seamless visit for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below.
1️⃣ Appointments
To secure your preferred date, time, and stylist, we highly recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on stylist availability. Each stylist manages their own schedule, so please contact them directly for booking support.
2️⃣ Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, please notify your stylist with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Insufficient notice or a missed appointment may result in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
All booking changes must be made directly with your stylist via their preferred contact method listen on the team page
3️⃣ Late Arrivals
To respect the time of all guests, services may be adjusted if you arrive late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may recommend rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may apply.
4️⃣ Children & Additional Guests
To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, we ask that only clients receiving services attend the appointment. Exceptions are made only when a companion is needed for supervision or assistance.
5️⃣ Service Satisfaction
Your happiness matters to us. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact your stylist within 48 hours so they can make any necessary adjustments.
Refunds are not offered, but corrections will be made with care and priority.
6️⃣ Personal Belongings
We encourage guests to keep valuables secure, as La Crème Salon cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
7️⃣ Payments & Gratuity
Each stylist handles their own pricing and payments. Forms of payment and gratuity preferences vary — please confirm directly with your stylist.
8️⃣ Health & Safety
We uphold strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for guests and stylists alike. If you are feeling unwell, please contact your stylist to reschedule.
